I just have one question regarding the timing of the purchase;
As the G5 is some way off, the 1.5GHz is plenty good for me, but what about Tiger, would it not be better buying the AlBook with Tiger installed ?!?
I will always have access to Tiger later (no need to harp on about software licensing, we all have different levels of conciense...) ;o) but maybe it'd be better to wait ?!...

Since you suggest that you will "always have access to Tiger", there really isn't much of a reason to wait for it to be pre-installed on the PB's is there ? If the 1.5 GHz is going to suit your needs, I'd say go and buy one so you can start enjoying it now !
