If it doesn't happen when the machines are on another network, then there's a problem with your network connection, not your browser.


Have you tried removing the router and directly connecting one of the machines to your Internet connection? It could be your router is bad.

If it isn't your software and it isn't your hardware, then your options are to live with it or get your ISP to help diagnose the problem.
