But what do you get with a 14" display with a 1600x1200 res other than the right to say mine is bigger than yours? Do you actually get more usable screen real estate or do you just wind up setting word to 150% magnification so you can read the text, which of course puts you back to square one? ---------------------------------------------------- I use my 15" 1600x1200 laptop on a daily basis, with no magnification. It is perfectly usable to be and the 5 other people at the office with the same laptop. At the same time we constantly get asked how we can see our screens... but the people asking are also the ones who run their 19" LCDs at 800x600 and complain about wanting a bigger screen.
