I am regularly adding new photos to iPhoto, as well as many new entries to iCal and my address book. I would really like to have a program/script that would automatically back up the new additions on a daily basis at a certain time.
I use Apple's Backup to backup to an external FW drive. Works great. I think you have to be a .mac member to get it though.
