It's good to use a mac. :) At least you don't have to worry so much that by clicking on a link like that, you're going to have something interesting downloaded and installed without your knowledge and consent.
A lot of the "phishing" mail is not just after email accounts (and bank accounts, and paypal accounts), but is also a vector for turning an insufficiently protected/improperly configured/not updated windows machine into a zombie.
