My PowerBook is running more and more sluggishly (is that a word?). I run Disk Utilities and OnyX probably weekly. What other routine stuff should I be doing?

Thanks,

My Powerbook's performance improved dramatically when I upgraded* my RAM from 384MB (128 + 256) to 768 (512+256). Also, if your HD is nearly full, the PB will spend a lot of time finding places to put stuff.

*An aside: Earlier this summer I had problems that turned out to be a bad logic board. Before sending it to Apple I tried swapping RAM cards, which of course didn't work. When I got the computer back from Apple, I noticed there was only 384MB of RAM, so I realized that I must have left the old RAM cards in. It's been 3 months now, and I still can't find my 512MB RAM card....Sigh
