Very true. But I was involved with the setup (on a minimal basis) with the new facility - less than a year old - so I know how the servers at least were set up. It MAY be that the DHCP server is off the main system, which is off-site, but the IT person made it sound like the upgrade was made to servers--plural. > Unfortunately that is all too common an IT view point.
