Hi Drew,

No, it won't. The G3 Blue and White won't even take it. 

Guess how I know that??? 

I just installed some high density memory yesterday; the computer
recognizes it as 128 MB RAM instead of the 256 MB that it really is. DMS is
shipping the replacement memory out today. (I'd not ordered high-density
nor specified any particular kind of density; I'd just told them what kind
of computer I had. I suppose the original saleman hadn't paid enough
attention or didn't know what the G4 B&W takes.) Anyway, the tech guy said
that none of the G3's will take the high density stuff.
