The formula to determine block size? I used to have it around.
Divide partition size by 65536 (2^16) or something?

(Actually I didn't know the 840av thing - thanks)
That is a good reason. I just know a lot of old school users don't
know about HFS+. I installed a 30gig into my Dad's G3 two days ago
and he was trying to figure out how to partition it when I told him
it didn't matter. Enter argument. I did it without partitioning and
showed him a 4k document which made him somewhat happy.
