RE; repelling animals--it seems many computer people have cats, working at a car dealership I learned they would pee into intake grills of auto air-conditioners at the base of the windshield, rendering a new car very unplesant,my point eventualy gets around to going to the hardware store and purchaseing rat reistant plexiglass.cut into strips and placed where you want keep the animal away.of course dont cover the cooling vents just place it next to them, the stuff smells like @@#@%%@# so dont get it too hot .or you will repell yourself, but its harmless and far less expensive than electronic repair. just a suggestion, your milage may very, and useless with dogs, they like to roll on it.and then get really freindly, and of course it repells rats, hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs.and most of the items on the tasmanians devils menu. best wishes
