Amber,

I have used Que products for years.  Their tech support is fine.  They even
warrantied a drive that was 1 year past it's due date.  On the few occasions that
I have had to call Que, I got a tech in less than a couple of minutes, and an RMA
in less than 5.  Call them and see what happens.
