RAID helps that, are you running 1 or 0?

These aren't the GXP drives that IBM has had to deny the need to 
recall are they? there is a class action in CA and possibly going to 
happen elsewhere about those drives.

Also, are you running X or 9.x? you never specified. That load time 
is normal under 9 for the speed system and RAID.
