Hi! My G4 Cube starts in under a minute. Maybe there is a simple solution to this? Like upgrading your system (when I went from 8.6 to 9.1 the boot got faster)? Or making sure your system knows which disk/system folder is the active one (under 8/9/Classic = Apple menu > vontrol devices > Startup disk)?
