Is the machine being shared? Some apps don't seem to like sharing. Some times a quit is the result of a previous app messing up memory. My wife loves to play a solitaire game that messes up her machine and the next application no matter what it is will quit. If she leaves it running in the background it will not even start new apps. She has to restart the machine and everything runs fine until she plays solitaire again.
>I've experienced spontaneous quits of Classic apps (& the occasional Carbon >app) with OS X. Is this something restricted to my computer running OS X >(10.1.5) or have others also experienced these quits. > >Classic doesn't completely quit. It's just an app that'll quit >(spontaneously, no crash error reported in the Finder). > Eric. -- Larry Blodgett ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
