Although, motherboards can pretty individualistic, I suspect the problem might be from the PCI bus. Try setting it back to 33MHz. I've been running a rev. A Beige overclocked to 83 MHz with a G3 400MHz ziff, overclocked to 458 MHz for nearly a year now. There's been no hardware related problems at all.
