Excuse this offtopic note, (though some might say ways to delete Windows
files are welcome) but the more lethal commandline under Windows (not
included in older DOS versions) is 
deltree /y FOLDER  (eg, to have Windows commit suicide: deltree /y c:\).
Kills the file, or folder and everything under it without questioning
(except maybe open files). Useful in batch files to remove crap (without
putting it in the recycle bin) when you don't want to have your hand held.
