I had trouble going from the internal bus to the ATA card using the Hard Disk
Speed Tools drivers to convert.  But I expect it was an old version of HDST that
was bundled and I didn't want to pay to upgrade.  Others on the list had no
problems.

Oddly enough, I recently formatted a new drive in a Firewire/USB box , then
placed it on the ATA card.  I thought I'd have to reformat, but it works
perfectly.  Go figure.
