I'm finally the proud owner of a Wallstreet:

"WallyNavi"
14.1 Powerbook G3 Series 2 ("Wallstreet", "PDQ")
233MHz G3, 512MB L2 Cache
96MB RAM now, 256MB RAM by the end of the day today (got two Micron 128MB
SO-DIMMS)
2GB HD, will definitely be upgraded
MacOS 9.1 (In need of a nuke and pave)
CD-ROM, Floppy bay devices
Battery registers as having 3hrs of life in it.
Lucent WaveLAN Silver PC card for "hot spot" use.

This machine was bought off a friend of mine for $300! Such a deal!

Gotta love it...it's beautiful and the most capable laptop I have ever had.
When you tell your family you're going back to College they get the warm
fuzzies and say things like "You need a good laptop in College." So they
helped me buy this.

My only concern is this: will I distract people in class with this? It indeed
has the "Shock and Awe" factor...that 14.1" screen is still impressive after
all these years.
