As of 7.02 Netscape has pop-up blocking too. It' set up in the same place as mozilla: Privacy and Security in the Preferences. The catch is there's a pile of sites listed as exemptions, that you have to clear first; chief among these are Netscape's sites themselves. I've had lots of people tell me that Netscape doesn't block popups, because they turn them off, but don't go into the 'exemptions' section and clear all the built-in exemptions, then restart, go back to the default home page (Netscape's) and it's pop-up city...
