IIRC it's an ADB port not a SCSI that the mouse and keyboard connect to. If
you have PCI slots it's simply a matter of buying an inexpensive PCI USB
card ($30 CDN up here). If you are using OS 9.x make sure you download and
install the USB card driver/patch from Apple.

When buying a USB card several things to consider:

1) make sure it says that it is OHCI compliant (open host) -- Apple DOES NOT
suppot EHCI cards.

2) it would be best to stick with USB v.1.1. Apple does not support USB 2.0
in OS 9.x and lower. Now if you are using X, the card should work however I
have found that 9600's and lower, even with a G3/4 upgrade and using X still
had problems using the USB 2 cards. I've had no problems with my USB
2.0/Firewire combo card in my B&W while using Jag.

3) if you don't have PCI slots and only have nubus then you're out of luck.
