Hi Dana and all; I was useing the drive to mirror my System and a few Apps that I don't have the installers for anymore. My boot drive is an ATA 40GB Maxtor. I guess I'll have to see if I can get a cable from CompUSA or the local Apple dealer. The drive in question is a SCSI WSE 68 pin. I've got a 50 pin cable, but that doesn't help much. With the drive hooked up I can't boot in any fashion, CD or otherwise. I'll try a cable first. If it turns out to be the drive, I'll probably go with a 2nd ATA drive and one of those special cables from PeterH. Thanks for the info. --Thanks; Rev.
