TP stands for Termination Power
TE stands for Termination Enable
You will need TE jumpered in order to terminate at the drive. TP means the drive provides the power for termination, if it is not jumpered then the bus provides termination power. Unless you know for sure that the ATTO card provides termination power, just put a jumper on both TP and TE.
