Sounds like this plug-in is corrupt in Photoshop. Are you using Photoshop to import the pics from the camera? If so, I'd locate the Photoshop plug-in folder, trash it (don't empty the trash in case you need it back) and re-install Photoshop. If it's not photoshop talking to the camera then it may be some kodak software. Same deal with that.
