I recently had a problem with a 333 mhz MT w. 9.2.2, that wouldn't connect to a USB printer. Removing all USB extensions, and reinstalling from the older USB Card Support v. 1.4.1 solved the problem. It's available for download from http://apple.com/swupdates


Not exactly your problem, but it might be worth a try.
