Toast v5 or v6?

[GDB-B&W-X.3.5]

Just doing a little reading, seems I can download v5 or v6 directly from 
Roxio.  How much better is v6 than v5, considering I'm only using it for 
audio, not video?  I can buy v5 for $89 and it works with both OS 9 and 
OS X.  The newer v6 is $99 and only works with OS X.  The machine I plan 
to use it on is a B&W G3 400 Mhz - 896 Mb RAM - 80 Gb HD with a LiteOn 
4816 DVD/CDRW combo drive.
