Not, as far as I know, if you're using a router. Routers translate private,
or local, IP addresses into Internet addresses when sending or receiving,
and vice-versa. So your PC or Mac believes it's something like 192.168.x.y,
you have to interrogate the router or a server on the web (as above) to see
what your current Internet IP address is.
