I also have a flashed Radeon 7000 in a B&W and yes, PCI extreme is broken
under 10.3.7. I brought mine back down to 10.3.6 because of it.

I have a dual 500 with a flashed GeForce2 and don't have any problems. But
that's not a Radeon.
