well, I suspect this is less than likely.
From the description of the system and it's stated specifications, this is likely a modified iBook G4 motherboard (since the memory specs seem to be different, as it takes a full-size DIMM, rather than a SO-DIMM, but )...most of the logic board bugs are likely to be worked out.
Apple's got long experience handling heat issues in a small footprint like this.
I'd expect this to be a rather robust system, in fact, as most of the problems with iBooks are related to the display.
But hey I said there wasn't going to BE a headless Mac, so my cassandra-ish powers are in serious doubt lately...
