There is no excuse for PayPal or anyone else locking out older browsers except they are too lazy to write the code to be able to do that!
I can't post to the list, so I am sending this to you. Firefox will do what you want and it is free.

OK, I downloaded Firefox (despite its being OS-X only, one listee says he is using it successfully with 9.x)... BUT what I get on UnStuffing is a file called "firefox-1.0.en-US.mac.dmg" which I cannot open because the application program which created it cannot be found. What application created it???
