In iTunes, create a playlist. Then use File/Add or drag .pls files
or urls into the window.
Streaming stations, ultimately, are just urls.
eg: The station John pointed me to, http://www.kexp.org/
Their web page has four links on it, one for WMP, one for Real, and
two for mp3 streams. The mp3 streams are available as 32 kbps or 128
kbps. The links are pointing to playlist files (.pls). You click on
one, your browser downloads the .pls file, then passes it to your
selected streaming helper.
