go set it up for her. (Maybe I'll spank the son while I'm there.)

Yes, she needs a router, not a hub. It should not affect his PC. I have 2
wireless iMacs, a wireless PBook and a wired PC all going through my Belkin
4-port router, into my cable modem (Commiecast).
