What installation disks do you have? There was string just a few days ago about portioning a hard drive to facilitate OS9. Wish I'd paid more attention...I didn't because I have two hard drives, one for OSX Panther and one for OS9.2.2. What you want to do is not difficult, but it will mean totally destroying everything on your hard drive. In order for anyone to give you simple instructions, we need to know what you have in the way of OS disks. You have told us what you hope to accomplish, now we need to know what tools you have or don't have, so we know where to go from here.
Kathi Snip Subject: Re: [G] Hard Drive Wipeout To Clarify my intentions: I have OS X on a Yosemite. I have been unable to install Classic or OS 9. I want to clear the X off the partitioned 80 gig hard drive and install OS 9.1 or 9.2. I know nothing about OS X and I have nothing to run on it. There is nothing else on the hard drive except X and all the other things pertaining to X. Snip -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
