Sorry to hear that. Did you get it worked out?
Between my personal account and several business accounts, I've done
hundreds of transactions thru Paypal, many international. Only time
I had problems was when a customer filed a bogus complaint...
Resolving that took two months. During that time Paypal had almost
$200 locked down... but that's as required by the federal consumer
protection laws.
