That's 10 digits of numbers, I think the manual said. I know 128 bit
is better, but how easy can it really be to find a 10 digit code? It's
certainly not going to be a lucky guess. I'm not one of the people
that use love or 7777. I would be interested in hearing your take on
this, if there is real reason not to think the 64 bit is safe.

WEP is broken. They broke the first rule of encryption, there is a consistent piece of data at the beginning of the packet...dumb.

However, WEP will keep out the majority of people who simply are looking for an available connection. Mind you those people probably aren't trying to do anything more than get access. The ones with WEP cracking tools are probably the ones trying to hack into your machines.
