Wow. Here in Norway the main rule is that you can demand a swap if the product is faulty, or try a repair if you want. If that takes more than a week, you can demand a machine for loan while waiting. if they fail to repair after two tries, you can cancel your purchase and have all the money back.

And after todays announcements on MacWorld Expo the iBooks are still PowerPC based. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about that, I'm sure the Rosetta thing will work well on the new Intel based machines too
