I didn't have to give anyone hell, all seemed to work out well. I got my replacement, RAM specs are the same, except in the case of my 1.2 GHz, I had to buy a 512 chip to get to 768 megs, and in this case they only gave me a 256 meg chip. The new machine is 1.42 GHz, compared to the old one's 1.2, same size 60 gig HD, and this time Bluetooth is built in, ...

I'm sure you will adapt. And if you use the iBook mostly stationary - like me - get an external Apple keyboard ($29 on Apples webstore). Bigger, better and allows a less crippling working position
