A 61ms dns response is a bit slow.

Try this command:

   dig @4.2.2.1 www.google.com

If the time it reports is a lot lower, then add 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 
to your domain name server address list, in the Network system 
preferences.

You need to let that run longer.  There should be a dozen or so lines 
there.  Um, try tracing to phl.speakeasy.net instead.
