Rich - you have a G4. It has connections for PATA drives. I've not seen 750GB PATAs in the wild, only as high as 500GB. The 500GB PATA goes for ~$90 or so from what I've seen and last price paid. You have a PCI slot in there, and can add a PCI card that handles SATA ("A SATA PCI card") this one - http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Sonnet%20Technology/TSATA/ It will let you add 2 SATA Drives instead of two PATA Drives. I happen to want some storage and last buy was $80/1.5TB. I bought two.
