in my testing... it is always you may not received item. But simply you may
get your money back if you did not receive item and ask it before 45 days.
In any circumstances, you must obey the rule, if you do not receive item in
45 days... you open dispute... and get your money back. SO no problem.

I bought many items from china... Generally they are ok. But sometimes they
do not arrive.
