Thought I'd give this another try...
Transferring iphoto files from my pismo to a g5. The pismo has iphoto
3 installed. The g5 has v.6 iphoto installed with the ilife 6
package.

I burned the files onto cds using the burn feature on the iphoto 3.
Today I think I was successful in impporting them onto the iphoto 6
library by using the File>Import to Library command.

It went through all the motions of importing the files, but at the end
of the importing a popup screen said

"The following files could not be imported(they may be an unrecognized
file type or the files may not contain valid data).

And then a whole list of
/Volumes/iPhoto Disc/iPhoto Library/2010/02/04/Data/
10
 /Volumes/iPhoto Disc/iPhoto Library/2010/02/04/Data/10.attr
ect. comes up.

The pictures are in the library now, but I'm not sure if I'm goofing
things up since this dialog box is coming up after importing?

Thanks again.
Jason
