As a final note, I'd like to point out that the the Revolution

very good on a Hackintosh. A hacker has taken it upon himself to
write
Intel drivers from scratch for the Revolution (and similar cards)
that
actually sound quite good. See here:

These drivers say nothing about "Intel only", and normally Leopard
10.5 drivers are "universal" so perhaps the 10.5 drivers work on
PPC Macs also?
My understanding is there are ones for Snow Leopard and Leopard.
Hope Leopard is for PPCs ...
I'm trying to get the Envy24 drivers to install and load on my QS
2002 Dual 1GHz under Leopard 10.5.8 for an M-Audio 2496 PCI audio
card ... trying to contact the designer about what I might be doing
wrong. Doesn't load so far. Sent him/her my machine specs in the
form of a System Profiler report.
Was excited to hear of some drivers under Leopard, even without the
MIDI support ...

They creator says this is only for Hackintosh machines.
It would not load on my QS 2002 Dual 1GHz, where I have trouble with M-
Audio's drivers, under Leopard 10.5.8
