Hi Dark,

Right. I think the insane scientist was intended to be a joke so what
a person would or wouldn't do in a more serious setting are two
different things. I wouldn't put too much time getting on a moral
high-horse about it because its a game and not reality.

If I were in a similar situation in real life I wouldn't just go
around blasting everyone and everything for the fun of it. Sure, if
the mutant humans came after me intending me harm obviously it would
be a case of kill or be killed. However, the insane scientists are
basically harmless and I can't see myself actually just shooting them
for no reason since they are mentally ill and probably aren't beyond
help.
