Hi Jacob, there were actually several high quality Dos screen readers available in the early to mid 90's. There was Jaws for Dos, Vocal-Eyes, and ASAP which were the main three widely in use. However, if you want to use any of them you will have to also have a hardware synthesizer like a Dec Talk or Double Talk since there were no software synthesizers available at that time. At least none that could be used by those three screen readers.
