They don't have Visual Basic 6, as that is a Microsoft only technology, but there is Pure Basic which is similar enough that you could probably learn it were you interested in doing so. I have also heard that Mono now supports Visual Basic .NET executibles so that may also be an option for Basic developers on Mac and Linux.
