Hi Michael, The USA Games engine you speak of, Evolution 3D, is and has been in ongoing development. I'm not sure what more you would like me to say about it other than for the most part the engine is stable, has been used to develop games like Mysteries of the Ancients and Raceway,, and currently has been updated to handle Mac OS and Linux operating systems. It is not, however, publicly available.
