Hello Michael, If you get the new Jaws 8.0.11 patch Jaws 8.0 will operate fine with Vista. However, note, you must absolutely have 8.0.11 and later to get access to Vista. So if you went out and got Vista tomorrow and downloaded Jaws 8.0.11 put it on a cd, and installed it you would be good to go. I recommend getting the 8.0.11 full download rather than the patch for Vista. Cheers.
