Hi Talksina, Thanks for the quick responce and info. Unfortunately, I am at a total loss for an explanation for the reason it is crashing on your system. No, if you upgraded from beta 1 to Beta 3 then the registration key problem is not a factor/issue in this case since the problem only occurs between updates from Beta 2 to Beta 3. Yours is a case I will have to research in the Microsoft knolege base and see if other .Net developers have answers or explanations for this kind of error. It could just be as simple as some component is corrupted on your XP install that needs installed or something else that is beyond my current list of things to check or look at. Cheers.
