Now the best one for the blind I think is Tai Kwan Dough. however the 
weapons you mentioned are all illegal to carry and use, and you can't 
claim self defence if caught using a weapon. hands and feet are our 
best weapon for defence, because you can do some real damage. Always 
claiming self defence.
