I'm not really sure what it is. I've used Eloquence pretty much all my life, LOL. I also have a hearing impairment and can understand Eloquence better than any other voices I've tried. To mee, Eloquence is much smoother. Other voices have a warble to them sometimes. Maybe it's the frequency range too.
