Hi, I am currently involved in a game on medium mode, stuck on death world level 1. I've got plenty of lives, but hardly any shields or rocks. So I only get so far before getting killed. The bonus items primarily consist of lives, when I need everything else.
My only suggestion is practice! practice! practice! I do have three tips that seem to help: S P O I L E R S P A C E 1. Divide and conquer. By this I mean don't walk so much forward that you get multiple animals coming at you. for instance, when I hear the wolves, I back off and let them come one at a time. 2. Save your rocks for the bears. 3. For the minidemon, jump and swing at the same time seems to work pretty well. you will eventually get the rhythm down and he won't be able to hit you.
